The staff are friendly, gentle and sympathetic to our mum's needs. They work very hard. Senior managers are always around

Sue is the Home Manager at Hollins Bank and has several years of experience in the care sector. Her main interest and experience are in managing successful care homes housing elderly and frail Residents. Sue is very experienced in care home management and is committed to providing a high-quality service.
She is ultimately responsible for the effective and professional running of the care home. Sue is always happy to allocate time to discuss any aspect of our Resident's care or any problem they may be experiencing.
She is keen to work closely and in partnership with our Residents and their loved ones, and any external agencies to benefit the Residents. Sue is a dynamic team leader and has an ongoing interest in her professional as well as the personal development of her staff.
