They care for my mum very well indeed, considering how she can behave due to the severity of her dementia.
She is well fed, the meals always smell and look lovely.
They do their best to ensure she's clean.

I still do her washing for her so I don't understand why her clothes and underwear go missing, or why she ends up with other people's clothes, but on the whole, it is a good home, and Mum seems happy here. The home itself is a bit old fashioned now and could do with bringing up to date, but it is always kept clean and staff do their best with what they have.

Thank you for the kind words. We are glad that you are happy with the level of care and the quality of food on offer. As you probably know, we already have a refurbishment plan and it is being rolled out in a phased manner. I am glad to inform you that the lounge carpets are being prioritised and will be replaced in the next few weeks. In addition we now have a brand new Tea Room next to the main dining room, this is ideal for family visits and has direct access to the secure back gardens. We have also decided to refurbish the conservatory space as a games room & pub for all our residents to enjoy. Please let us know if we can do anything else to make your mother's stay with us more comfortable.
