Mum has dementia and the time had come for her own safety to go into residential care. The staff at Chapel View couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Although mum had stayed there before for respite it was and still is a big move for us all. However with their invaluable help and support things could
not have been smoother leaving us all much happier and mum more responsive and well than she has been for a while.

After my homeral fracture op was placed at Chapel View for respite care which I got for nearly six weeks most care workers very caring and good, helped me get better quickly, would come back again if need be. Food small but tasty could be better for men if larger. Night care very good, two very good
care staff night to settle you down, morning a lovely smile to awaken you, lovely. Even the cleaners were very pleasant and helpful to me.

I have been here on respite and everybody has been helpful. I could not wish for better care. If I do need to want these services again in the future I would want to come to Chapel View again. Vegetarian meals provided were excellent.

The staff and manager are very approachable. They treat my mum with care and respect. They always have the time to talk to myself and my father and give updates in how mum has been that day or since our last visit. I am very happy with the care she is receiving and would recommend the home as a safe
caring place.

My father is 99 years old and has lived at Chapel View since April 2015. He is very well looked after, the staff are very kind to him and sympathetic to his needs. Although he is very vulnerable he can walk with assistance and although he is unable to speak clearly he can still make his wishes known,
the staff are very receptive to him.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful to visitors. They work well as a team and put the needs of the residents first.

All the staff work really hard and are very nice and friendly. The home has a very relaxed atmosphere but is in need of some decoration but not much, and there's an issue with outside lighting. The meals are very nice but at teatime, I think there should be more.

My mum has settled in very well at Chapel View. I feel so much better knowing she is safe and is being well looked after. The staff here are lovely. Always seem very bright and cheery. I think we made the right choice in putting mum into this place.

Very clean premises, pleasant atmosphere. Staff are all very kind, caring and helpful and willing to help in anyway. Our sister is very pleased with the care she has and still is receiving. She even said that this home is her "second home" and far better than hospital.
