Flower Park Care Home is located in Denaby Main and is convenient for shops, amenities, public transport and the A1 and M1 motorway links.

This purpose-built home provides specialized nursing and social care for frail and older people.

Accommodation at Flower Park is provided in single occupancy rooms, the majority of which are with en-suite facilities.

Flower Park is home to 40 residents and has two units. Bluebell on the ground floor is home to 16 residents requiring residential, respite and social care. Lavender unit on the first floor is home to 24 residents requiring nursing, specialist nursing, respite and palliative care.

The home is tastefully decorated and provides a variety of facilities including TV lounges, dining spaces, hairdressing salon and disabled bathroom facilities. The home has a lawned garden to the rear overlooking the local parkland beyond where residents can socialize and relax.

The home provides a varied diet of home cooked food, prepared fresh each day. Residents are consulted regularly via the home's quality of life system and resident meetings for menu planning. Specialist diets can be catered for including altered texture diets and fluids, allergies and religious requirements.

The home employs a team of nurses, care assistants and support staff that are highly trained and dedicated. The staff team is devoted to providing the highest quality of individualised care to all residents. Please see the home's staff profiles for more information.

Complementary therapies can be arranged for residents and regular visits are made by a qualified chiropodist and hair stylist.

The Flower Park Care Home is a first-class care home. My wife's uncle feels at home and loves the staff which are all wonderful and helpful and caring. We would recommend Flower Park to anyone.

Excellent care provided. Staff always polite, knowledgeable, caring and willing to share information. Always kept informed. Dad always clean, tidy and well looked after. We have felt so happy while he has been here and the home was willing to accommodate him quickly in difficult circumstances.

Dad has used Flower Park previously for respite care and now for end of life care. It was the obvious choice! Dad had been in other care homes in the area for post-hospital assessment care but none of the high standards received at Flower Park. Excellent care and wonderful, caring staff.

We have always appreciated the care given to our mum. Staff are always friendly and helpful and speak to Mum and us with respect and care. Mum always looks clean and well kept. Importance always seems to be in place around her care and appearance - clothes always clean and care taken in choosing outfits
that match, as Mum is not now able to do this for herself. We visit at different times and days and the care is always of a high standard.

Flower Park was the last and best home we viewed. Clean, well decorated and furnished and homely. Always smelt lovely! Staff were excellent with my father and treated him with regard and dignity. His standard of care was excellent with staff being very patient with all family members worries and anxieties.
There were no time restrictions to visiting my father, which was useful to working family members, for morning and evenings. Staff were genuinely caring and responded quickly and efficiently to my father's needs.

I can't tell you how happy my mother became here! She was genuinely loved by an amazing group of caring staff who went out of their way at all times. I will be forever grateful to them all. After all the negative national press making people so worried about going into care, it restores your faith!
I would choose this one for myself!

The home is warm, the meals are good, staff are good but there is nothing to amuse or entertain these poor people, they are watching the clock as it ticks out the last minutes of their lives, just to make them laugh or hear music or something to lift their spirits would be good. The home is generally
very good and I thank the staff for their care.

Flower's is an excellent care home. The staff is very proficient and very caring my Father-in-law is very happy. The food is very good. Flower's is a happy place to be. The bedrooms are immaculate - private. The atmosphere is 100%.

My mum stayed for 10 nights during October. She recently enjoyed her stay and all of the staff were very friendly and kind. It was a joy to visit her and see how well and happy she was. She enjoyed all the activities which I say were very good. She was taken for a short walk to the coffee shop which
she enjoyed. They have a hair and nail salon which she visited on site. She enjoyed so much she is already asking to re-visit and stay.

The staff are lovely, the home is nice and clean. Everyone is very helpful if you need anything. The food is good and plenty of choice to choose from. My bedroom is nice and comfortable. There is a nice view from the dining area overlooking the park and children's play area.

Everything is fine. I cannot fault the place at all. I am glad we found it. Very clean and tidy from the minute you walk in the door. Staff are brilliant, very friendly and polite. My mum is thrilled to bits because she has Wi-Fi so she can use her kindle and laptop.

All staff made us very welcome on arrival. They take great care of my mother, work extremely hard, no end to their talent what they do. They treat the residents like family. Meals are lovely, chef does a good job.
Still going through refurbishment at the moment.
