The reason behind the gramophone is to stimulate experiences for residents to come down to the reception area and use the space for coffee and entertainment. The individual units i.e. lounge area have CD players and we have designated music areas within the home. Any other issues raised in your review have been dealt with at a recent face to face meeting with family members but if you require anything further, we're always here to help and support so please don't hesitate to contact us.
