There are 25 residents on the unit and unfortunatley we cannot meet all of their needs at the same time. Thank you for your review it is very much appreciated. Although we recognise that your wife did have falls during her stay we feel this was contributed to by her underlying illness and was one of the reasons why she was admitted to the home initially. The home did everything possible to maintain her safety whilst she was with us raising referrals and contacting other professionals to try to eliminate these whilst she was in our care.
