Thank you for your review. We value all feedback as it allows us to improve our service where required. We have taken on board your suggestion of marking car parking bays and will request our maintenance operative does this when weather conditions permit. There is also another car park at the residential side of the building which provides extra parking space. Thank you for your kind comments on our home and staff team, who always strive to deliver kind care in a professional manner.

As a Registered Nurse, Jan has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.
Jan closely shares HC-One’s vision is aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Jan remarked:
“I am passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and the quality of life for Residents and I am so proud of my team and the kind care we provide as a whole, to all that enter our home.”
Outside of work, Jan enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who she says are, “The greatest gifts that I have ever been given in life.”
