Thank you for sharing your concerns about the staffing levels on weekends. I want to assure you that our service uses a dependency tool as a guide for staffing, but we always staff above the recommended levels. If a staff member calls in sick and we cannot cover with our own team, we have a plan to use a local agency to ensure that our staffing remains safe at all times.
We understand that when you visit our building on weekends, the manager and administrator may not be present. We apologise if this has made you feel neglected. We value your feedback and assure you that we take it seriously. Thank you for sharing your comments with us.
