A difficult time during the above period. The care and staff during this time has been faultless. They have all shown care, compassion and consideration of which I really appreciate and I would like to thank ALL staff for their undivided attention to my step-mum and care and consideration and understanding

All the staff are very pleasant and friendly. Rooms are always clean and tidy. I feel that I am at ease with my mum being cared for in the home, and would recommend the home to other people.

My wife and I have been making twice-weekly visits up to COVID-19 lockdown and pre-arranged visits as per government and care home guidelines. Throughout our visits, we have found all staff to be extremely courteous and helpful to both us and the residents even at times when manning levels are low.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

Staff were very caring, the domestic staff were very pleasant and reception staff were very helpful. The home needed a good manager, the temporary one was very good but the home needed a permanent one. I believe this as now happened.

I was visiting my father and got a flat tyre, so recovery was called and I had to wait. So the staff, in particular, the two receptionist ordered me lunch to have with my dad. It was a lovely meal and a very kind thing to offer.

My dad was placed here on a 28 day NHS assessment. From day one, the staff made him welcome and helped him settle in. All his care from nursing to his personal care has been excellent. We visit nearly every day and are very impressed by his care and how he is treated.
He now has to stay here - his
recent review has confirmed he cannot go home. He is very happy which has made this so much better for us at this very stressful time. We are delighted with Heeley Bank Care Home.

Carers and all the staff, on the whole, are brilliant. Sadly lost many really good staff since the previous manager left. New manager not nice with staff.

You could do with some more staff, not domestic. A good understanding manager and a better cook. I would like to see who it may concern. I will be in Heeley Bond from 13.30 until 1600 daily.

I find the staff very good, compassionate and caring. My wife came to Heeley Bank in 2016 and she was and is very well cared for. I visit every day and the staff also make me feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. By all staff from admin to cleaner.

What a wonderful home, the atmosphere is fantastic - lively and welcoming!
The management are fantastic. The two ladies are approachable and friendly, always happy to chat and discuss concerns. The nurses and care staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and I appreciate how hard they work.
The activities I have seen are fun and happy events which have made me smile considering my friend was always a sociable lady and I didn't want her to lose this. Highly recommend this Care home for your loved ones.
