Absolutely outstanding.
Our dad is being treated like the king he is.
The staff are amazing, warm, and kind-hearted and they all go above and beyond for everyone in their care including the families.
Dad's happy, healthy and that's the best gift of all.
It's a fantastic family, that's what you all
become, a big wonderful family

Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Our relative was only with the home a short period as he was terminal. However, the staff, management and resident community made that time very special for him and his relatives.
The staff really care, they were friendly and warm and always understanding when he was difficult at times. It's not the
stereotypical care home but a house of residents with staff looking after them.
The facilities are excellent and we saw the aviary and raised flower/veg beds for the residents being built. Unfortunately, we never got to help grow things. The grounds are beautiful and the summer house is available for residents' family functions overlooking the immaculate gardens.
Thank you Rose Cottage for making our time with you very special.
