Herncliffe Care Home, Keighley, West Yorkshire is a family business and for many years have been proud to offer excellent care to residents.

The care home provides care for a range of needs including residential care, dementia care and nursing care. All rooms are en-suite and are very well decorated and maintained. Herncliffe Care Home can offer both long-term care and short-term respite care.

Herncliffe have an outstanding reputation within the local community and are most proud of their care teams and ancillary teams who deliver an excellent service.

Residents are supported to maintain regular contact with the community with the help of the activity teams and a minibus driver.

My mum has been at Herncliffe for over a year now and receives some fantastic care here. She is settled and comfortable and the staff are wonderful with her. Thanks!

My father receives excellent care from Herncliffe staff. He has been a resident of Herncliffe for over 5 years; during this time the staff have responded brilliantly as his care needs have changed. He has enjoyed the regular activities and bus trips. The staff are very good at keeping the family informed
and are always friendly and willing to help in any way. The staff definitely go 'the extra mile' to support residents with their specific needs and provide a real personal service.


Dad especially likes visiting the retro in-house cafe with my family, where we have tea and cake. Dad's room and the public rooms are always very clean and well maintained. I have real peace of mind that Dad is well cared for and is treated with dignity.

A top quality care home with competent and caring staff. When the decision was made to seek full-time care for my wife the family visited most of the care homes in a wide area of Keighley and chose Herncliffe Care Home as the best by far.

We moved my wife's mother, who has complex medical needs, into Herncliffe at the recommendation of her GP in March. We have not regretted the decision, the care she has received since then has been excellent

Mum's admission was taken out of our hands (I always said I would never put Mum in a home).
But what can I say, Hearncliife is absolutely fantastic, the care Mum gets is second to none, the staff are only too happy to help, nothing is to much trouble, will always answer any concerns we might have,
the cleanliness is 100%. All the staff friendly.

My mother has been resident at Herncliffe Care Home for almost two years and I am my family's primary contact with the care home. We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Herncliffe throughout this time. My mother is comfortable and happy. The staff are professional, caring,
welcoming, friendly and efficient. They are always happy to help and have kept me well informed about my mother's well-being. I have seen other care homes that have superficially smarter decorations but I think Herncliffe is much better overall.

For the past 5 years my elderly mother has been cared for by all staff at Herncliffe. She has been treated with the utmost respect consideration and care and I have nothing but praise for the staff. Dealing with patients with complex needs especially dementia can be harrowing but staff properly trained
like at Herncliffe can make such a difference both to their client and their families lives.
The support I receive on a daily basis is amazing.
I have no hesitation in recommending Herncliffe care home to everyone.

The best kept nursing home in Keighley. The place is very well maintained. The staff go above and beyond to help you and the residents nothing is too much trouble. The receptionists are very welcoming and the management are very accommodating to any needs.

My aunt needed some short-term care following a fall. The Home was very helpful and gave of plenty of information to us before admission. The care staff were very good and I was very pleased with the care there.
