We are dedicated to ensuring our Residents have the right amount of staff to care for them and will carry out a review following your concern. The staff are encouraged to support our Residents to use the outdoor areas; this will be monitored and discussed at our next team meeting. Residents are offered and encouraged to have drinks throughout the day; our staff are trained to ensure our Residents are adequately hydrated. The wellbeing and happiness of our Residents is of paramount importance to us at all times. I doubt there are many facilities where the unit manager bakes cakes, treats clients long into the night in their limited free time and bring fresh produce from their own garden as treats. Such kindness demonstrates a level of care above the expected baseline indeed.
Thank you for looking after my mum so very well and making her feel so very welcome and safe, words cannot thank you enough.

David is the Registered Manager at Knowles Court Care Home with several years of care experience. His main interest and experience are in managing successful care homes housing elderly and frail Residents. David is very experienced in the management of care homes and is committed to providing a high–quality service.
He is ultimately responsible for the effective and professional running of the care home but will allocate time to discuss any aspect of our Resident's care or any problems they may be experiencing. David is keen to work closely and in partnership with our Residents, their relatives and significant others to benefit the Residents in her care. He is a dynamic team leader and has an ongoing interest in professional development and career progression.
