I visited Laurel Bank with my dog as a PAT volunteer (pets as therapy). On visiting I was welcomed by the lovely staff. The visit took me all over the home including residents rooms and the communal areas with the activity coordinator, also lovely. I can easily say that I was impressed by how the staff
knew each individual and their specific needs showing respect and dignity, the rooms were just like they would have been in their own homes. Finley (my PAT dog) and I will be visiting regularly to Laurel Bank to see the residents.

My husband had a respite stay and i can't say enough about the care home. The care and respect shown, not only to him but to myself and our family and also visitors is brilliant!! All the staff are excellent and should be commended in there duties.
We would recommend the care home for anyone in need
of respite. Thank you.
