Staveley Birkleas Nursing Home is located in a residential area in Nab Wood, Shipley.

The aim at Staveley Birkleas is to help each person live lives to the fullest potential. A dedicated physiotherapy room with two full time physiotherapists and an adapted kitchen is designed to aid rehabilitation and help people in undertaking everyday tasks.

Staveley Birkleas Nursing Home offers a wide variety of entertainment facilities, including multiple lounges and dining areas with computers areas, a dedicated computer room with broadband and an activities room.

There is also a sunken garden with a pergola where residents can relax and enjoy being outside.

Very friendly place and staff. My daughter lives here and nothing is too much trouble, she got married recently and they did her makeup and hair for her and also did the catering and organised entertainment, other places wouldn't go to so much effort.

I have been here since May 2021, and I absolutely love Stavley Birk Leas Nursing Home. They have helped me so much with physical therapy and keeping me well and out of the hospital. They cater for all my needs, they are brilliant people, and they are so welcoming to my visitors. I can’t imagine being
anywhere else.

All the staff here have been very welcoming and supportive during (another) very challenging time in my life.
I feel like all the issues that have blighted me for some time have been addressed with love and professionalism.
The home itself is in beautiful surroundings and very peaceful and calming,
which I have found to aid recovery.

My brother is extremely well looked after.
Staff are very caring and ensure that there are a multitude of activities for my brother to take part in.
All staff very friendly and helpful.
Could not wish for a better place, it is ideal for my brother and he seems very happy here.
