Having the privilege to care for your sister and see her flourish over the years is something we will never forget. Obviously we have looked after your parents for 18 months now and it has been amazing to see them happily living together when at one time, it seemed that may never happen. With your mum coming to us on daycare in the lead up to their permanent move, we have known you all for a long time now and love working with your parents to help them live their lives to the full. I joined the business in 2015 to work alongside my father, not before performing many roles in the home in my first year. This shaped my understanding of what it takes to work in care and many staff I worked with then are still here today. Our staff are by far our biggest asset, and we work tirelessly to support them so that they can do the job to the best of their abilities.
