May we firstly extend all of our condolences on the passing of your beloved grandma, I appreciate that this was not done at the time of her death but the home has expressed that she was a lovely lady and is missed by everyone at the home. Please also accept our sincere apologies that your complaint was not dealt with as speedily as it would have been under normal circumstances. Our regional manager responded to you as soon as she returned from leave and completed a thorough investigation, she then responded to you with her findings and actions she was taking. We are extremely sorry that you were not able to visit your Grandma at the end of her life, this has been addressed with the staff at the home.

You were all so nice to my Dad when he was able to visit my Mum and latterly in his final 3 weeks as a resident before he peacefully went to sleep.
I could see how
You also showed great dignity and compassion when both my Dad and Mum passed away and provided me with caring support and help.

I have worked for Hill Care for over 5 years, starting as a health care assistant and growing with the company to become a home manager in a sister home, Aden Lodge. I have worked at Aden House since 2022 and thoroughly enjoying the role. My proudest achievement is looking after our beautiful residents and their families, and plan on doing so for many years to come and I have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

I have been back at Aden House since August 2023, taking on the role of Deputy Manager. I worked at Aden House for 3 years previously as a Senior care Assistant then Home Administrator. My Biggest achievement to date is taking on the Deputy Manager role and having a deeper involvement with both caring for the residents and compliance and governance. I have my Level 3 Health and Social care diploma, and hope to eventually complete my CHAPS course and hopefully my Level 5.
