A complaint was raised with us directly, following your fathers time at Holme House. As agreed, we conducted a full and thorough internal investigation into your concerns and provided you with a comprehensive response. We fully understand and adhere to the Duty of Candour, and in that vein, we are honest and upfront when things go wrong, or improvements can be made.
We acknowledged that some concerns that you raised were valid and we have implemented measures to ensure that improvements are immediate and sustained.
Our investigation concluded that the more serious elements of your complaint were unsubstantiated, and a complete explanation of this investigation was provided to you.

a) The Average Rating is 4.5 out of 5 from 17 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 16 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
