We have no complaints of any description. The staff are very caring. The room is very clean and comfortable. Our friend is very happy and content, being here and we have seen an improvement in her health and well being.

I've been here for 6 weeks, taking a bit of getting used too when leaving your own home, as I can't look after myself no more. I have made friends and I enjoy their company and the activities.

My father has always maintained that he would never live in a care home. However, having initially stayed at Cleveland House for respite care, he decided that he would prefer to stay here rather than live at home with support from carers. This is due to the level of care, support and companionship that
he receives from all the staff at Cleveland House. He has an excellent relationship with the team and we know that he is safe, comfortable and cared for. Thank you to everyone at Cleveland House.

I would like to commend all the staff for their kindness, care and moral support. Everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure that the residents are kept safe and happy. The addition of the new minibus, for those that are able, I'm sure will give a lot of pleasure. The energy of the entertainment staff
knows no bounds.

My dad has been a resident for over 2 years and the care he receives now is better than it has been with the new manager. My dad is up dressed and out of his room for meals. He is encouraged to join in activities or if he prefers to sit in the quiet lounge, he can sit and read his newspaper and relax.
The home have recruited more permanent staff which is much better than using agency staff.

For the time that my husband has been here, he seems to have settled in alright.
He does get lonely due to speech problems caused by his Parkinsons which cant be helped. Satisfied with most services.

I have been a resident at Cleveland House since 19/02/24. I have enjoyed everything about the home. Staff are excellent to me becoming friends and not just carers. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cleveland House and will be joining in on any activities or activities to help fund more things

Staff across all the different roles at Cleveland House are very kind and friendly. They treat residents with respect and dignity, and go out of their way to make them feel special.
The residents relatives and guests are made to feel very welcome. The home is well maintained, and there are lovely

Everybody seems pleasant and helpful every time I visit. My mum does complain about things such as delays in being helped to the toilet but I've never seen these delays. There are quite a few activities to engage in and it depends on whether the resident wants to. My mum often doesn't and stays in her
room quite a bit but she is encouraged to at least have some meals in the dining room. All in all, I find everybody there very helpful during the day and I've never actually seen the night staff since I've been there. My mum says the night staff hardly ever speak when they come into her room and are not too careful sometimes.

I cannot thank the staff at Cleveland House enough for making my mum's Christmas Eve birthday so special. The receptionist set things in motion and the kitchen staff made a lovely hot and cold buffet, provided festive drinks and baked a birthday cake which they brought in with candles lit, singing 'Happy
Birthday' and then one of the carers took a family photo. A room was set aside for the party (20 of us) and everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!
