Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We are currently developing the wellbeing programme and would welcome feedback and input from residents and staff. We have a dedicated team of specialists within the company who are working with our wellbeing teams to enhance the programmes to adapt to what is needed for each residents individual needs and wishes. We recognise the importance of a well-structured and varied programme and have made arrangements to visit the home to meet with the wellbeing staff and residents to revise this.
