Fantastic care and attention is paid to my father-in-law. He is so happy. He has turned down moving to another home as the care he has here is amazing. As family members we are 100% happy with staff, cleanliness, informed of protocol and all COVID testing etc. Thank you Middleton Park Lodge.

Since mum moved into Middleton Park Lodge she has been treated with respect and dignity. The staff have been amazing with her and the family during this difficult time of adjustment. I would recommend the home to friends and family and thank everyone for their help and support.

My father was in poor physical and mental health when he became a resident in June 2020. He has been well cared for after a hard struggle with his mobility and low mood. My father, unfortunately, suffered a mini-stroke in November which affected his speech. The staff stepped up his care and have done
everything to make Dad comfortable and enable him to recover. Dad refused any treatment so staff have cared for him while retaining Dad's independence.

I'd not seen my mam for 5 months due to Covid19 and the last time I saw my mam she was not in a good way, but for the great care she got, she pulled through. She missed 4 birthdays and on the 15th of September, she was 80. What a great day, with help from the manager they arranged for me to surprise
Mam with a cake and cards and with my phone, she could get birthday messages. Mam looks better than she has in a long time and that is due to a very good team of carers and I can not praise them enough.

The staff are very friendly and my mother is happy and settled. Bedroom and public rooms are always fresh smelling and clean.
If we have any problems the staff and management are approachable and quick to help.

My older sister was a resident before her recent death, in the time she was at Park Lodge she was treated with great care and dignity, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Her room was spotless and staff catered for all her needs in a cheerful manner.
It was a great comfort to me and
my younger sister that she was comfortable and well cared for in her final days.

Mr friend was in a care home previously for approximately 3 months (November 2017 to February 2018) and, unfortunately, they were understaffed and therefore didn't have the hands-on attention that she required. She is now getting the treatment and attention required and this has put her in a far better
frame of mind.

Thank you so much for taking the time to look further into what Middleton Park Lodge Nursing Home has to offer to you or your loved one. My name is Paulina Drzewiecka and I am the Registered Home Manager at Middleton Park Lodge. I am a Registered Nurse who also possesses knowledge regarding skin integrity, and have graduated with a Master of Science in Dementia. On our Reconnect Community, we provide the best dementia care possible and are focusing on different aspects of engagement to support our lovely residents in managing different types of distressed reactions. You are always more than welcome to drop me an email or visit our lovely home and I will help as well as much as I can. We may even throw in a cup of tea!
