Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are very sorry to hear of the concerns that you have raised. We have been carrying out a comprehensive programme of improvements driven by our new Clinical Home Manager, supported by a Resident Experience Support Manager. This programme includes a comprehensive review of care plans and records to ensure they are kept up to date and reflect the needs and preferences of residents. There is also refresher and development training sessions for the team to reinforce our policies and procedures to support high standards of care. The decision to stop the provision of nursing care was made due to the difficulty in recruiting and retaining permanent nursing staff and we recognised we were unable to deliver a consistent standard of nursing care whilst reliant on a high number of non-permanent agency nurses.
