My grandad was in Roop Cottage for 5 and a half years with Alzheimer's until he passed away in February 2020. The care he received here was second to none and from the moment he was admitted, we felt assured he was in the very best of hands and his needs were catered for. The staff are very friendly
and accommodating and genuinely care for the residents.

My dad was a resident with you. As a family we can't thank you enough for your care and understanding shown towards him, from walking through the front door you were made welcome, all staff was so kind and friendly, even up to my dad's last days the care and compassion shown was out of this world. I
would recommend Roop Cottage to every body.

Wanted to comment on care my Father received after one day at Roop.
I have been impressed by staff's willingness to offer help and sort out needs. Dad wanted to watch Formula 1 and staff tried to facilitate this. Also quickly identified urine infection (missed by hospital) and got treatment sorted
(with my help).
Its important for staff to be recognised for good work.
Thanks
