Thank you for your kind comments around the support and care provided to your Mother. At Snapethorpe Hall we are proud of the care we deliver and do our very best to fulfil whatever request a client may ask for. We want our clients to feel valued and respected, and delivering kind care is always our top priority. We appreciate that at times staff are busy, however the quality of care is never compromised.

What does ‘kindness’ mean to you?
“For me, kind care is always treating people with the respect you would want for yourself or your loved ones.”
As a dedicated healthcare professional, Amy has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.
Having worked in the care sector for over 14 years, Amy closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Amy remarked:
“Listening to and learning from the stories of people from all walks of life, I am reminded every day of the importance of not taking anything in life for granted.”
Outside of work, Amy is a proud mother of two and likes to spend her spare time winding down with a good book, listening to live music, visiting different countries and making memories with her friends and family.
