Many thanks for this review, I am grateful for the feedback regarding the food served. All our catering staff have catering qualifications but as we involve our residents with menu preparations this is not always to everyone’s choice. However if, when the meal of the day is served, your Mum would like an alternative please speak with the staff and they will give the request to the kitchen for an alternative to be served. What we pride ourselves on is comments and feedback whether good or not so good, which is why my door is always open so that I can receive feedback and deal with any areas of concern at the time. If on your next visit you would like to pop in and see me we can have a further discussion.
