I cannot thank the carers, lodge manager and housekeepers enough. My friend moved in last year after a very severe stroke. She is cared for with kindness and dignity.
This is a very busy care home but nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Thank you all.

Job Title: Registered Manager

Donna has over 40 years of experience in the health and social care sector. Initially, she trained as a nurse, then became a midwife, working in the NHS for over 20 years.


She then joined the private sector, working for care home providers in various positions, caring for and supporting elderly and frail residents, many living with dementia.


Donna has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care sector and has made significant improvements at Salthouse Haven during her time, including raising the standards of care and support for residents.
