Short stay beds are available for medical and post-operative convalescent patients and respite holiday relief.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. My father is well cared for and enjoys the outings and activities that are offered. The staff show compassion to both the residents and their families.

My Mother has been at Anley Hall for a number of years and has always had care, support, respect and affection from the staff. Her deteriorating condition often presents challenges which are met with good humour and kindness.

I have always found the staff to be very courteous and friendly to both myself and my husband at all times. The language barrier is sometimes a problem. I sometimes have to ask the staff to change my husband's soiled bedding as it has not been done. The staff are always quick to do things if you ask
them. The same with removing used crockery after meals. They have a good relationship with relatives/visitors. Part of the building is very old and I think causes problems.

My husband has been in Anley Hall since August 2015. In that time he has been cared for really well by the staff. His room is always clean and tidy, he is always clean and tidy. His Medication is always well taken care of. He loves his food and has a well-balanced diet. Over the period he has been there
he has enjoyed the entertainment. The staff are always there for me to comfort me when my husband has bad days with his illness.

My Father was admitted to Anley Hall on 17th July 2017 and sadly passed away 11th March 2018 in his beautiful room, surrounded by the loving nurses and staff which we as a family will always be grateful for.
The care he received from all staff at Anley Hall was outstanding, they treat my Father with
respect, care and love at all times and my Mother, Myself and Family knew he was safe 24/7.
He was always immaculate when we visited him and the staff were always so friendly and kind.
They were always planning different ways to entertain the residents, which again was so nice to see including us as a family on a weekly basis.
The Church service twice a month in the large lounge is a nice touch and helped us as a family as my Father went to church each Sunday, so this was something he could still do with us at Anley.
We would recommend Anley Hall to anyone who is in the same situation as us.

My mum came to Anley Hall in the latter stages of dementia and I can only praise all the care staff for their kindness, patience and respect for mum. They were especially kind towards both mum and me in those last days when mum became very poorly and passed away. Anley Hall is friendly and homely
and in a large country house set in lovely gardens and surrounding fields. Mum's room was very pleasant overlooking some of the gardens and had just been newly decorated and provided everything that mum required. Whenever the staff could take her to sit in the lounge she was able to look on when any events took place. There are always some events each week to allow residents to participate. I know that my mum enjoyed any music and singing events and residents are encouraged to sing along. In between meal times, there are tea trolleys to provide drinks and biscuits and visitors are always offered something. I would certainly recommend Anley Hall to anybody requiring a care home.

Anley Hall is set in a beautiful setting and has wonderful, relaxing views of countryside. The care and attention given to my late husband was excellent- all members of staff, the owner, management, domestic, set above all the care staff. Staff were dignified and discreet, patient and always were prepared
to spend time with residents. Humour helped "oil the wheels" of care. Not only are the care staff look after residents but also their relatives.

From our initial visit, prior to my mother in law moving to Anley Hall, it was clear to see what a friendly, homely establishment Anley is. Residents are clearly happy. The home is clean and welcoming. The staff are second to none, without exception every member of staff was lovely, residents are treated
with respect and dignity, it is like they are caring for their own loved ones, I cannot praise the staff enough, they were exceptional. Staff members also made us, as visitors, feel incredibly welcome, there was always a cup of tea (and biscuits) on offer. My mother in law moved to Anley for end of life care, we really could not have wished for a better place for Flo to spend her final weeks.
