Her main interest and experience are in managing successful care homes housing elderly and frail Residents, some of which have mental health issues. Lin is very experienced in the management of care homes and is committed to providing a high–quality service.
She is ultimately responsible for the effective and professional running of the care home but will allocate time to discuss any aspect of our Resident's care or any problems they may be experiencing.
