The point you raised in respect of cleanliness and clothing has again been discussed with the home manager and he would be happy to discuss this with you directly. I have worked within the Social Care since 2011 working across many disciplines within the industry.
I settled at Crystal Court in 2017 moving up to Home Deputy in 2021 during which period I achieved my NVQ Level 5 (distinction) in healthcare leadership and management.
I am honoured and excited to be the Home Manager at Crystal Court and I aim to ensure that the core values we hold dear are upheld and built upon.
