Thank you for your review. We take all comments seriously and are keen to keep relatives involved in the care of their loved ones. Your father in law is very involved in his own care and discusses with the care team and me on a regular basis. He is an active member of our Residents Catering Committee which meets every 2 months with our Head Chef and myself. We have found this to be an excellent way of gaining feedback from our residents and developing ways to improve the overall dining experience.

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am the Home Administrator here at Mount Vale. I joined the homes team in June 2024, previously working as an administration assistant in our sister home, Briardene. I have been working for Barchester since 2021. I deal with all aspects of the administration of the home to ensure it runs smoothly, from invoicing, ordering, recruitment, and setting up contracts, to manning reception; there's never a dull day!

Danny joined us as a Head Chef at Mount Vale in August 2021.
Danny has over 30 years of experience as a chef and is delighted to be working at Mount Vale to provide our wonderful residents with delicious and nutritious meals.
