The process for entering and leaving the building has now been changed immediately following this and there have been no similar issues since and hopefully there never will be. Sonia has worked for Wellburn Care since 2014, starting as a Care Assistant at their Nightingale Hall home. Sonia has since progressed within the company, being progressing to a Team Leader and Deputy Manager, before being promoted to Home Manager in 2018 at their Glenholme House home in Roker. In 2021 Sonia then relocated back to Nightingale Hall in Richmond, returning now as Home Manager where she has built up a loyal, dedicated and caring team.
Sonia has worked in the care industry since 2008 so she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role and her team, and has achieved her NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.

Kaye's career with Wellburn Care homes began in 2014, starting as a night shift Team Leader at Nightingale Hall.
