In answer to your points raised, the staffing at the home is more than adequate for the number of residents and is monitored daily and adjusted accordingly in order that everyone is cared for appropriately and kept safe. Room Call bells are monitored 24/7 and are answered as soon as possible. It has been our pleasure to care for your relation for the past six years and we are sorry that you believe that our service hasn’t met your expectations and would welcome a discussion at home level in order that we can further alleviate any issues you believe there may be.
