She has worked for Avery Healthcare for 13 years in roles such as Regional Support Manager, Quality and Home Manager. Linda has a hands-on approach and the residents are at the forefront of Care Delivery. She promotes a supportive well-being working environment with diversity and equality throughout. Linda advocates person-centred care and for residents to have direct involvement in how the home is managed.

Mollie joined the team four years ago with a care background in Home Administration. Mollie supports the Home Manager in many aspects including recruitment, HR, and Contracts and is always on hand with any questions in relation to Finances.

Chloe is an experienced Senior Carer and has a vast knowledge of Dementia Care and Mental Health Well-being.
She has a person-centred approach and is our Infection Prevention Lead for Amarna House and monitors all aspects of Infection Control and Staff Training.

Jo has worked in Amarna House for over ten years as a care assistant and has progressed to a Senior Carer and completed the City and Guilds Accredited Advanced Senior Carer training. Jo is now working alongside Chloe as the Clinical Lead. Jo oversees person-centred care planning, medication reviews and GP visits but also supports residents and staff on the floors.

Alicia started at Amarna working as a care assistant before progressing into a Senior Carer and then a Team Leader role.
She then progressed further into the Home Trainer and is responsible for keeping the staff up to date with the relevant training and also supporting the mental health and well-being of the staff and residents.
