Mum has settled in very well, she finds the staff friendly and caring. The standards of hygiene and cleanliness are very good and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Naturally, I was concerned at first with the thought of my mum in a care home but any misgivings I had were quickly dispelled and
I feel very relaxed knowing she is so well cared for.

My mother has been in for four months and has received great care. The staff are very good and understanding - could not have asked for better. She is being very well looked after.

100% best choice of care home for Mum's end-of-life care. South Park has the most caring, sincere and friendly team. Most important, Mum was cared for to the highest of standards. To see Mum smiling on arrival of visits was peace of mind. Staff made myself and my family most welcome at all times. For

My mum was admitted to South Park to receive end of life care. The staff were all lovely and really took excellent care of Mum throughout the time she was with them. The rooms are spacious, and the fact you can make the room more personal really made it feel like a home. The room was clean and warm,
and Mum was very comfortable during her time there. The nurses and carers were exceptional and made us all feel as though Mum was getting the best care possible - especially towards the end. The nurses would give us regular updates on Mum and call us if we needed to know anything. We highly recommend South Park and thank all of its staff for their dedication and care.

Brilliant care staff. My wife, because of a head injury, can become aggressive, but they handle it great; the staff are on hand if you need them. There are plenty of things to do if the residents want to join in. The home is clean and warm, and every care to do the Covid tests. The staff can explain
things about how the patients are if you're not sure. The staff call me now by the name I'm known as to friends and family, so it's more friendly. I'm disabled myself, the staff are willing to open doors and push me to my wife's room. Definitely recommend South Park.

From the day my father moved in, the staff couldn't be more helpful. He got a large room overlooking a plating field. He was allowed to have a lot of his personal possessions with him, which included some of his own furniture, models (which they put shelving up for) and lots of pictures (which they
hung for him). All the staff, admin, carers, nurses gave my father everything he needed, making his last few months (he died on the 19th Aug) pain-free and comfortable. I couldn't have wished for anything more, giving us peace of mind.

Mum was unable to return to her old care home after a recent stay in hospital. The council found us this one, due to Covid, we haven't seen much of it, but the staff from the reception, the nursing staff, been the cooks are friendly, helpful, thoughtfully, highly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble.
Happ that Mum is in such a lovely place.

All of the staff from the nursing to the management treated my mother and her family with great care and professionalism. They provided excellent support and went out of their way on several occasions. It was much appreciated particularly when the pandemic was very prominent.

My wife first went to the nursing home on the 1st of November. When admitted, the staff were very helpful and caring. The home had a very good atmosphere. My wife was very happy with the care she received. Had a short spell in the hospital with breathing difficulties. Sadly my wife died in the nursing
home on 13/12/2020. The staff who attended to her during end of life were exceptional in the way that the treated my wife, and also myself and my son, who was present when she slipped away. No praise is too high for the way we were treated - grateful thanks.

Staff are excellent. Professional, kind and caring. Communication is excellent. Food, they know what mum likes and try to encourage her to eat, she has put much-needed weight on since arriving. They know mum's sense of humour and keep her spirits up with banter that mum just loves. She is so happy here,

Our son-in-law has been in South Park Care Home for nearly three years. After having a serious stroke I can honestly say he has been really looked after by all the lovely staff and treated with a lot of care and dignity plus our daughter has mental health issues and when she goes to see him they are

A pleasant and caring home for my mum (who is 99 in June). Helpful and thoughtful staff, cannot praise them enough. I also have a distant relative who is a resident who I also visit - hopefully, sooner or later when this virus is finally over.

We have been happy all the time, the manager is always there for a chat and nurses as well. It has been 106 days since mam has been in lockdown 13th March - 26th June, I've been to see mam 3 timed. They let me know any change in mam and I have done a lockdown book of every day as we see mam every day
usually, six of us visit. She has been well looked after with us not being there so thank you to all the staff.
