My cousin has been here for 4 months and I find that the care home is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful in all aspects.

The experience of late since new manager arrived is first class. Big improvement in staff morale and also in attitude. Home is also nice and clean, a big improvement. The new manager is also very friendly and obliging. Overall a vast improvement. Well done to all. Please keep this good work up and thank
