Thank you for taking the time to share your review, we really appreciate the feedback. We have addressed the problem with the banging door and we are sorry to hear that it has annoyed your dad, if he experiences any more issues, do not hesitate to bring this to our attention. There is always management around to speak with. We are delighted to confirm we have revamped our activities planner too so I'm confident we will see an improved score in the future. We had a Pride event at the weekend where all residents attended and had great fun. We have many events and trips planned.
