We were really saddened to read your review of our home as our team constantly strive to ensure that all residents are safe, supported and well cared for. We do appreciate your positive comment about the food at the home being good.
We want to assure you that we take all comments about our home very seriously. Our records show that we met with you to speak about and resolve any matters you raised. These concerns were thoroughly investigated and the appropriate actions taken. You also raised concerns with the CQC who undertook an in-depth investigation. Some of the issues you raised were upheld and we have taken all appropriate action to ensure that these issues do not reoccur.
You mention that our home's CQC rating is requires improvement overall but we have maintained the ‘Good’ rating for care. As you can imagine we are working really hard to get the home back to its good overall rating. If you would like to discuss anything further our door is always open.
