Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review and I am glad to hear that you feel that your mother’s needs were met at Princes Court for the 3 years before the Covid-19 pandemic began.
During the challenging time of the pandemic, Akari Care has complied with government guidelines issued to ensure all of our residents, staff and visitors were kept safe. We were also regularly assessed by the Infection and Prevention Control Team, North Tyneside commissioning team, and CQC who praised the measures we have taken. All of our residents and the staff were also supported by the multi-disciplinary team in North Tyneside and appropriate plans were put in place for our residents.
Although your complaint has been addressed in line with our company complaints policy we are still very sad to hear that you feel your mother’s mental health has deteriorated and we can only apologise for any distress caused in this difficult time.
