Since my mother moved here in November 2016. She has received the very best care I could wish for her. This home is run with wonderful love and care and I have truly never known my mother as happy, content and well-nourished as she is now. I have 100% peace of mind knowing she is receiving the very
best of care.

My grandad was placed into this nursing home a year ago. We were all so worried about putting him into care. No need to have worried the home is clean and homely, the staff are friendly and attentive and my Grandad is settled and happy. He has dementia and enjoys a joke with staff. Highly recommended.

In all the times over the past year that I have visited this home the staff have always displayed a cheerful countenance and positive attitude without exception.

Lovely home. Nothing is too much to ask. Mam is always well presented.
Lots of entertainment and quite often have singers in and film afternoons. Mam is very well looked after.

Lovely friendly home. The time is always taken to ensure mam has all she needs. Her diet is well watched. Although she has only been here a short while, staff have taken the time to find out mam's likes and dislikes. Mam is always clean and tidy and is always entertained.

Very helpful and friendly staff and residents. Mam is the happiest the family have seen her in a long time. Staff have taken the time to get to know mam well and this has enabled them to deal with her changing moods with ease. We now feel very comfortable that mam is being well looked after.

After careful consideration, we moved my Grandma from another residential home to Elizabeth Fleming and it was the best decision we ever made. The care she received was exceptional. The staff actually cared about her as an individual and met her every need if not more. Not only did they look after her,
they also supported the family as well. One thing that sticks in my mind was that my Grandma loved to dance and the male carer used to dance the corridors with her. Her eyes lit up and for a short time, my Grandma was her old self again. Another time, I walked into her room and she was upset and one of the lady carers was crouched down stroking her face and holding her hand. There was genuine affection there. I cannot fault the staff or the cleanliness or facilities here and would not hesitate to recommend Elizabeth Fleming to anyone looking for a home and not just a place of care.

This home is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and keep me informed about my wife's health and needs. I can't praise them enough.

My husband has been a resident at Elizabeth Fleming since March 2014.
In that time he has received excellent care.
The staff know residents well as individuals and treat each one with kindness and dignity.
As his condition has deteriorated I have become even more grateful for the care he is given.
In
addition, Elizabeth Fleming staff are wonderful with residents' families.
They are kind and friendly to me and I rate them very highly.
The culture is such that everyone - management, nurses, carers and all support staff have the same approach.

I am absolutely overwhelmed with the support and care my mother and I have had since being a resident.
A bright and airy feel to the place, lovely garden to sit in, always feel welcome when visiting and always shown kindness and address any problems quickly with the residents. Overall, very impressed.

We have had no reason to complain whatsoever since mum came to live at Elizabeth Fleming.
The staff treat all of the residents with dignity and show patience in testing situations.
They also care about the residents which can be seen when they go out of their way to provide comfort.
We have visited
when the residents have been given special treats such as chocolates and "chip shop chips" and I am impressed by the extra touches.

Mam has been in this home for over a year. It is a lovely home and the staff are great. Mam is well cared for. She has had a few medical problems. I am always kept informed about who is coming to see her. I am happy as I know she is being well cared for 24 hours.

Mother has been a resident at this home for at least 8 years and during that time the care provided to her has been of the highest standard by all of the staff at the home. My mother suffers from dementia, paranoia, incontinence etc and requires 24 hr nursing care. Although she will be 104 in July she
is still very strong and can be very difficult to deal with on occasions. Despite this the staff always give her the best of care and attention. I am completely satisfied with the performance of the home.

I instantly felt a welcome when I went to enquire about accommodation for my mother-in-law. The surroundings were bright and very clean, the staff genuinely seemed happy in their work and very pleased to answer any questions we had. The room which we later accepted for mam was cleared and ready to be
decorated, it was however already in very good condition. When we arrived with mam I was taken aback by the effort to make the room welcoming, it was fantastic.

My dad stays at the Elizabeth Flemming care home and I must say that the staff are really good, really warm and friendly atmosphere. My dad gets one to one service no complaints the home is immaculately clean every day.

I could not find any faults or problems at all with this home as the food is to a high standard. The staff are excellent and the home cleanliness is of a high standard. I would definitely recommend this home as I could not fault it.

My husband was in another care home previously and I had no faith or confidence in the management and systems and was extremely stressed and consumed by the daily monitoring that I felt I had to do to ensure that my husband's needs were being met.
Since moving him in February this year both he and
I are different people. I am less stressed and don't feel the necessity to check records daily. I have every confidence in the staff, nurses and management
My husband is calmer, less agitated and putting on weight and is much happier.
I only wish I had moved him earlier as all the staff are very caring and go the extra mile to ensure that the residents needs are met. Cannot praise them enough and long may it continue
