Overall Experience

Fabulous nursing home - smart - clean - no smells - staff very nice - manager very helpful and always available for a chat when you need it.
Great atmosphere whenever we visit made very welcome. All residents look clean - smart - well cared for and very happy.

Overall Experience

My nanna loves it here the staff are brill and very nice to all the residents! Nurses are always on duty and look after nanna really well. We love visiting her as we are made very welcome. The staff take nanna on to the sea front for fish and chips which she loves. We stayed with residents and staff

for the Airshow it was amazing and we were all cared for all day as well. Thank you team, you are so kind and helpful.

Overall Experience

Lovely friendly staff. Caring is natural to them and it shows in the pride they have in the home and the way they care. The food looks amazing and is always fresh hot and lots of it. The residents can have whatever they want. The manager and deputy manager always seem to be around to answer our questions

and help the staff too! I would recommend this home as its outstanding care in an outstanding location. This is the second relative we have had in this home and it gets better all the time.

Overall Experience

My son lives here and the whole place is fabulous and staff are brilliant, they go out of the way to be kind - the manager of the home goes out of the way to be kind and caring. They do lots of things with the residents on their days off. The manager is very good, approachable and really has improved

the home.

Overall Experience

Falstone Manor is an outstanding home. My friend has been a resident there for about 5 years and the home has changed so much. The manager has improved standards here so much. The staff are caring and skilled, kind and really do know the residents well. Everyone treated with dignity and compassion and

the home doesn't smell at all.

Visited Gran - what a lovely home. Clean, well staffed, lots of activities and the food looked amazing. Gran loves her room and she has a sea view. The staff seem so nice and helpful to the residents and visitors

The YPD unit is brilliant - it's bright, fun and the staff are so caring and helpful. My friend loves it here and says the food is good the staff are really caring. I have seen great caring staff going out of the way to do extras with the residents.

Overall Experience

This is the most fantastic nursing home I have been in - ever! It is bright airy no smells and what a view! The staff are so caring and treat everyone with respect dignity and great care. The staff never look rushed but are always busy doing lots of little extras. Keep it up my sister has never looked

Overall Experience

My husband has been here for a few weeks, what a lovely home with caring, kind staff. She is getting back to laughing and joking with the staff. The food is lovely and everyone is so nice. The team have really helped him settle in and put my mind at rest.

Overall Experience

Outstanding care team looked after my sister - she loved Falstone Manor. Staff went out of their way to look after her and it really brought her out of her self. The home is lovely clean bright cheerful and the catering staff really make what anyone wants to eat - all the staff have time for everyone.

Overall Experience

We contacted my mother and visited her for new year. The home is very nice, friendly and clean. The staff are very good and seem to be everywhere. The home manager was very chatty and knowledgeable, she spent time chatting to everyone.

Overall Experience

On entering Falstone Manor & being greeted warmly by the manager I just knew my friend had found her home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful, professional, yet with an appropriate amount of fun, to lift a persons day. Helpful staff who truly cared for those in their capable hands. It was clear

that it was a well run ship, sorry for the pun, as the home is so close to the sea front, with really excellent views & bracing walks. My friend tells me that the social side really treats them as "normal" & not as someone with an illness. Thank you Falstone staff for the great job you are doing. I hope to visit again real soon.

Overall Experience

My mother is in Falstone Manor. The home is a great place. It's clean, tidy and doesn't smell. The staff are so caring and thoughtful. The manager seems to be always there, she is very helpful and follows through on things we ask for.
The food is very good and residents can have anything they want.

Overall Experience

My mam lives in this home, she is very happy and well cared for. The staff are very helpful and always give each resident lots of time. They always seem to be going out on trips for tea and days out. The home is very clean bright and cheerful. The staff really do care about the residents. My mam has

a sea view room and the lounges all have views across the bay. They are amazing and she spends lots of time watching the world go by. Mam says the food is really good and there are lots of fruit and snacks in the lounge which people can help themselves to.

Overall Experience

I went with my Dad to visit his mum today - it's Mother's Day - all the residents in the lounge with my nanna at Falstone Manor looked so well and happy. There was lots of staff helping everyone and they were very kind and polite. We had just missed lunchtime but everyone said the dinner was a lovely

roast with fresh veg and lovely roasties just what nanna used to make for us. All the whole place was bright happy and cheerful. We sat and watched lots of people on the beach and nanna told us about how she watches the people everyday. This is a lovely place.

Our Gran lives at Falstone Manor - we love visiting her and having tea with her looking out over the sea. The staff are lovely and always helpful - the manager is always out and about chatting to residents and families which is really nice. All the residents in grans lounge look so well cared for. Falstone

Manor is clean bright and the housekeeper on my grans floor takes such pride in all the rooms looking nice. Thank you for looking after my Gran so well.

My mother has been here for about 9 months now - the home is just that its homely, bright, clean, fresh and the staff are caring have time for everyone and you can see their pride in the way they care for the residents. Lovely home my mother in law likes it here. The staff are very kind and caring and attentive, she says she has everything she needs here!
The home is well staffed they all seem well trained and very helpful. We are always made very welcome. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the front door to be

Overall Experience

The nurses in this home are very good and the carers are very caring, kind and attentive, they really do care and show kindness. The home is clean, bright and does not smell at all. The manager is very helpful and gets things sorted out straight away if you ask for anything to be done. There is always

lots of trips and activities going on which my sister-in-law loves. If you are looking for quality nursing care this home is excellent, with professional nurses, quality care, great food and picture perfect location.
