The extensively trained team will deliver all the specialist care and support services that loved ones require.

Personalised care plans consider not only medical, personal and dietary needs, but also the individual’s likes and dislikes, religious preferences, and any suggestions from family members that might make the resident's stay with the home that little bit more enjoyable.

Assisted by suggestions from the residents, the home’s wellbeing coordinators organise a varied year-round programme of things to do.

Many residents take pleasure in hobbies, including baking, writing, gardening, dancing, painting, quizzes, and playing chess. Some enjoy being a member of the residents’ forum.

The staff here in Falstone Court offer outstanding care to the residents. They are extremely engaging and caring, showing a true interest in the lives of their clients. The staff are efficient and so very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Residents are encouraged and included
in a wide range range of activities and social engagements. There is a calm, peaceful atmosphere in the home. There is also a great deal of joviality and a wonderful sense of teamwork evident in the relationships between staff members.

Staff including admin, domestic and nursing are excellent in their approach. They respect dignity and have a genuine caring attitude even when they are being observed without knowing it. The activities are inclusive and they carry out a difficult job with enthusiasm and good humour. All the staff are
approachable and respond to enquiries, suggestions and observations in a positive way. As a family, we are happy with the overall package and care.

The decision to put Dad in a home wasn't easy but was made for us by losing our Mam earlier in the year. However, since placing Dad in Falstone Court a pressure has been lifted, comforted in knowing he is being looked after as if still at home and we feel at home there now too. The staff are always
on hand to help and keep us up to date on his progress and we feel at ease approaching them with any concerns that may arise. We feel the staff at Falstone Court have helped us on a difficult journey but with a bright outcome.

My mother lived in Falstone Court for 18 months prior to passing away. The excellent care she received made this last, difficult period of her life as good as it could be. The staff are very caring and supportive of residents and families. I would not hesitate to recommend Falstone Court.
I believe
that the food and drink are very good but can't comment directly.

The care and standard of support given to mam is amazing. All the staff are friendly and helpful at all times.
The home feels happy and calm over Christmas, there has been lots of activities and Christmas fun, music and dinging a lot of hard work has gone into making Christmas at the home special.

Staff are great. Mum arrived with issues and communication was difficult at first between staff and family. We have turned a corner now. Communication is better now and we are happy. We have peace of mind now and mum could not be in a better place.

I have always found the staff, from management down, to be helpful, caring and make the residents' families feel likes it's home from home.

While my husband was in Falstone Court to the day he passed, it was simply peace of mind, knowing the care he received.
From management to staff were very caring, nothing was a problem. They kept in touch even when I couldn't go.
My husband needed twenty-four-hour care and it was done with dignity.
The staff were very happy and homely. They are very hard working, with a smile.
