I attended a coffee morning whilst visiting my aunt. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very attentive to the residents, my aunt's room was very clean and homely. My aunt is very happy and content with you and praises all the staff.

Cannot fault the care and dedication my uncle received. He was only there for a short time, but in this time, he was cared for with dignity and respect. Hylton View was an easy choice for Mam from the minute we were greeted and shown around. The manager could not be more helpful and supportive. The carers really care for residents and families. The home is clean, friendly and welcoming. The ladies have made Mam feel so comfortable at this very frightening

All staff are excellent and professional. The care and time taken with both my parents are outstanding, and nothing is any bother to them. Staff are always happy when we visit and keep us informed of both parents' well-being. The care home is always clean, and we feel my parents are in a safe place.

My mam was resident from earlier this year and sadly died a short while ago. Since my mam has lived at Hylton View Care Home she has been cared for fantastically by all the staff including all the carers, housekeeping team and management. I really could not have asked for better care. My Dad is also
now a resident and I'm sure he will continue to receive the best care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is always approachable and helpful. Thank you.

I am quite happy with my mam's care although it can never be like one's own home. I think the staff try their best to care for the residents even when short-staffed. They are friendly, caring and engaging as is the managers and this is how it should always be. Nail cleaning should be more frequent though
and I am aware that clothing and other items sometimes go amiss. Meals are nice as I often go in for a weekday meal or on a Sunday. Activities must be ongoing and pleasurable for the residents, it's so important. I work in care myself and know its value.

Bought dad into Hylton View for respite, from going to visit the care home we knew this was the place for him. Modern surroundings and facilities throughout.
