As a family we all find the level of care given by all of the staff is exceptional, carers, cleaners, laundry and kitchen, management and nursing. Every single member shows wonderful kindness to us, patients and family. Always have a smile, and all shifts. Our maintenance lady exactly same, always has
time for patients and family.

My husband has been a resident at Needham Court Care Home for eight months. In that time he has been very well cared for and treated with the utmost dignity by all staff. Everyone at the home goes above and beyond with the compassion and care for both residents and families. We are kept informed at
all times about my husband's care and nothing is too much trouble for them.

I can't really express the gratitude I have for the care my Mam is receiving at Needham Court.
All members of staff are kind, caring, and supportive to not only my Mam but me and my family too.

My sister has been a resident now since November 2023. I have constantly found the personal care and commission with family very difficult. Whenever staff are asked about her care and plan of care, there is never a senior staff member available. I have had to be proactive in getting outside services
involved in her care and the staff never provided me with feedback. On several occasions, I have found her sitting in her room with a meal in front of her not touched. On one occasion, I had to cut the meal up to assist her in eating it. Medication was found in her food and when asked about pain relief staff were not able to give me the response to the question. The carpet in the room was very dirty and food trodden into the carpet around her seat.
General overall care on several visits was limited and the purchase of birthday presents went missing - staff stating they didn't know where they were. I have made several complaints and had meetings with the deputy and staff on the unit - no response to verbal or written complaints.

My mother has been in Needham Court on respite care for the last couple of months. She has been so well looked after, all the staff from management, care staff, kitchen staff, housekeepers and wellbeing have been so welcoming. Needham Court is a credit to the HCOne family. We are so happy with the care

I have found all the care staff, manager and the whole team who work at Needham Court. Excellent at their job, they are all caring, supportive, efficient and very helpful if asked a question. They work with residents' families and learn about the person who they look after.

Warm, welcoming home, where everyone is friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Always kept up to date with the care of our dad. Feels like a second home, somewhere he is settled, which is a huge relief.

I have just attended a coffee morning today the girls pulled out all the stops made everyone feel welcome and the carer made the most delicious chocolate cake that my grandson who was with me had 2 slices of, can't wait for the next one.

My mother received a wonderful, warm and friendly welcome. She was greeted by various members of staff, such as the chef who asked if she had any likes or dislikes, head of laundry labelled and listed her clothes straight away. There were flowers, a cute cushion and best of all the carers reassured
her they were there to help in any way needed. Mum is enjoying her meals in the pleasant dining room, meeting others and doing lots of activities.

My mother-in-law has been in Needham Care Home for a number of months now due to her having strokes and being unable to live at home alone. I'm writing this review on behalf of myself, her son and her daughter. We want to thank all of the staff for everything they do for her, making her feel so welcome.
The staff are so friendly here and always make time for their residents. They have lots of different events on in the home to get the residents to socialise with each other and have fun. They always make such a good effort for special celebrations throughout the year with decorations and having raffles etc. It's not an easy job so I want to thank each and every one of you for all that you do in making my mother-in-law feel safe, welcome and loved.

Upon arriving to the home I was given a nice warm welcome. Everyone was kind and friendly. There was a lovely atmosphere with smiles on everyone's faces which was lovely to see. The staff were very upbeat and lifted the mood of everyone in the room; laughing, singing and we even had some dance moves
thrown in!


The Manager was very professional but also very friendly and knowledgeable when asked questions about the facilities.


Such a happy place to be and I would recommend to anyone!
