Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1138 and for nursing care £1396, but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about our regular staff. Unfortunately, due to a recent flu outbreak, we had to rely on some agency cover because of staff being poorly, but I'm pleased to say that we are now back to normal with our dedicated, long-serving team. Please rest assured that we take all aspects of personal care and hygiene very seriously and are sorry to hear you feel we fell short on this occasion. We will of course share your feedback directly with the home manager please also feel free to reach out to her directly her door is always open. Regarding the homes interior, we are already in a rolling programme of redecoration to enhance our environment for residents and families.

I am pleased to say that after a short period where our maintenance operative was off work, he is now back and our rolling redecoration programme to keep rooms fresh and welcoming has resumed. Regarding agency staff, we usually have a core team of long-serving staff, but a recent flu outbreak meant we had to rely on agency cover as many staff were poorly, but we are delighted to be back to normal now.
