I have looked into the issues you have raised and can confirm that we invited relatives in as we believed a familiar face and voice may have helped calm your relative, as research has shown that this can sometimes relax agitated residents. Staff understood that relatives were unable to make it due to other commitments. We as a team were looking at all options to minimise risk and ensure your relative was as comfortable as possible.
