My Uncle is always clean and comfortable when I visit. The carers are friendly and include me in his care updates. I have no concerns about his care.

The care Mam has received has been excellent. All of the carers take time to get to know Mam's specific needs and I have seen, first hand, the other carers interacting with the other residents. We, as a family, are delighted that Mam is taken out during the day (weather permitting). Any issues or concerns
we have had are addressed immediately. Management is always available to speak to. The deputy manager and events coordinator are second to none! They are both extremely friendly, caring and approachable.

Mam is very well cared for, has plenty to eat and drink. She joins in the social activities and likes fresh air, she loves to sing old songs.

I wish we hadn't put my nana here, if it wasn't for her condition deteriorating, she would still be at The Laurels (their sister home) which was a million times better.
I've never heard of a care home ask family to come in and feed their relative then to add insult to injury ask them if they would
come and sit with them because they are agitated (on a Easter Sunday). I mean, come on, you are supposed to be trained to deal with situations like that, you also get paid plenty to employ more carers to meet the demands of the residents.
