I come and see my mother all the time here. She loves it here. She gets all the help she needs and the staff are brilliant with her. She wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were looking after my dad and my mam. My dad, however, passed away but they showed so much care, compassion and love for him and they still continue to do so with my mam.

I would like to compliment Aster Care, Middlesbrough my sister was a resident at this home from November 2017 until she passed away in February 2019. The treatment and care she received from all the staff and management of the home was exceptional. The day to day care, the activities, organised events
and trips, ensured that the last 16 months of her their life were exceptionally well catered for, emotionally and medically. The home has a dedicated under 55 wing so they were with people of their own age which improved their overall quality of life.
Moving relations into a care home especially those that are under 55years can be a traumatic situation not only for the person going into the home but the remaining family members as well.
The management and staff are well aware of this make do everything than can to make the transition as smooth as possible. The more information you can provide to the caregivers enhances the service provided.
I would highly recommend Aster Care.
