Very clean, staff are credit to their professions and to the folks they care and support. It is a pleasure putting the care and safety of my loved one into your hands. I can sleep well at night knowing where she is thank you all so very very much.

My friend was taken into Victoria House Care Home from hospital for "end of life care". I can't praise the staff enough. They were so very kind and caring. My friend had a very peaceful passing away due to the care, dignity and atmosphere of Victoria House Care Home, it was wonderful.

My mother was a social recluse until she moved into Victoria House. The staff encouraged and supported her to become sociable and outgoing. The admission to the home was the best decision as a family we made and for us no care home could surpass Victoria House.

What does kindness mean to you?


“Treating those in care as we would like our own loved ones to be treated”


As a Health Care Professional, Vicky has gained many years of experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards of care and quality of life for Residents.


Vicky shares that HC-One’s vision is aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Vicky remarked:


“We have a great team; our Resident's best interests are at the heart of all we do. No day is the same, it is an ever-changing role and there are rarely any dull moments.”


Outside of work, Vicky enjoys eating out, and watching sports, she loves anything that involves competition. Vicky also enjoys a good pamper session and most cuddly things with fur!”
