It is a very exciting time for Kingston Court, as acting Home Manager Kim Lawson has decided to step away from her role as Regional Manager at Mariposa Care to commit to being Home Manager at Kingston Court full-time. Mariposa Care is very proud of what Kim has achieved so far at Kingston and feels very confident the home will continue to excel under her leadership.
