Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, we value all feedback from residents and relatives and take seriously any concerns expressed. From reading the review it is clear that you feel we have not met your expectations and the high standards that Cartmel Grange is renowned for. On almost all occasions reviews confirm satisfaction and admiration by residents, relatives and visitors for the excellent job our staff do. On this occasion, we have not had the opportunity to address this concern through our normal quality assurance procedures and we would encourage the reviewer to make personal contact either with the Home Manager or the Operations Director through our Head Office so that the particular concerns can be logged, investigated, understood and resolved.
