Our Mum has been cared for here since just before Christmas 2014. She arrived after a very long journey from the south of England. We have never regretted our decision to move our Mum to Belmont Grange. She has always been well cared for and is kept happy and safe by the staff at the Grange. All of
the staff including domestic staff are very much part of a TEAM. Mostly confined to her room, all the staff pop in and talk to her. She is never made to do anything that she does not feel like doing.
Although this building was not 100% purpose built, it is very homely, AND WELCOMING, and not too clinical so that anyone would feel "AT HOME".
The standard of care is wonderful. Our Mum can be difficult sometimes and she will get upset and cross, but the staff always accept her with dignity and cope with her mood swings in a patient and respectful way. We are very happy, and so is our Mum. Thank you all for continuing to care for her in an excellent manner in a lovely friendly environment.
