Thank you, Colleen, for your comments about Brockwell Court Care Home. We appreciate you taking the time to give feedback and letting us know how we are doing. Our menus are created with feedback from residents and reflect their likes and dislikes. Residents have a food passport to capture any particular requirements or wishes in relation to food or the serving of meals. If our menu features something that is not to their liking, residents are able to request an alternative meal or order something from our Chef’s special menu that day. We apologise for the issue with the phone lines in the home. This is something we are aware of and are trying to resolve at present. Our Home Manager will be happy to discuss your concerns in more detail on your next visit to the home, however, if you would like to discuss this sooner, please do get in touch. Thank you again.

Becca is a determined and diligent individual who has been working in care for over 10 years. She began her career as a bank care assistant and has since progressed from Senior Carer to Deputy Manager to now Home Manager. She is proud of the team she is a part of. As a Home Manager, Becca enjoys the variety of no two days being the same. She loves being part of a team and supporting them to deliver the highest standard of care within the home. Becca is a proud mum of two and loves spending time exploring the outdoors with them as well as supporting their hobbies in cricket and horse riding. She believes that if you have enough dedication and resilience, you can achieve anything.
